Leaders make a final dash across the nation

Scott Morrison visited the electorate of Lindsay yesterday where his focus was on the recently announced First Home Buyers Deposit Scheme, which aims to provide access to finance that will allow first home buyers a deposit with 5% savings. It will assist 10,000 buyers per year. He looked obviously happy about the recent Newspoll in Lindsay which has the Coalition ahead 52-48! He also spent the day reminding voters Labor’s tax policies.

Bill Shorten visited the nearby seat of Reid hitting the local train station to talk to commuters. He then traveled up the coast to the seat of Robertson to visit a primary school, where his focus was on education funding and reminding voters of the chaotic elements of the governments history.

Scott Morrison (who had a birthday on Monday!) visited Perth for a few hours and today is in South Australia. Bill Shorten (who’s birthday was on Sunday!) landed in Tasmania yesterday.
